Leading with integrity, authenticity and courage!

A coach is a partner, not a director. A partner committed to seeing you move beyond the barriers and obstacles getting in the way of achieving your goals.

As a coach, my job is to offer a fresh perspective. To challenge, encourage, and ask questions that will awaken new, creative pathways forward, while offering the accountability you need to stay committed.

Type of coaching services we offer

careercoaching

We all know the great demand our jobs have upon our time and energy. And yet, so few of us actually enjoy what we do! But that doesn’t have to be the case.

As a coach, I partner with clients who desire something more from their work. Work that aligns with their values, capitalizes on their strengths, and fits into their lives. It may sound like the proverbial “dream job,” but achieving these objectives in our work is not as difficult as we make it out to be.

We all feel stuck in at least one area of our lives. But no matter how many times we revisit those problem areas, the same obstacles seem to bar a way forward.

As a coach, my job is to help you see those areas differently, to help you break out of old, unhelpful thinking patterns. Partnering with a coach means partnering with a fresh perspective. And it is this objective and creative perspective that can make all the difference when tackling those tough, hard-to beat problems.

aboutme

My name is Andrew Gray, and I am a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach. I live in beautiful Abbotsford, British Columbia with my wife and two daughters. I have over 20 years of leadership experience; leadership driven by a passion to see others succeed.

I coach how I live life: with energy and enthusiasm. My goal is to empower and embolden people to take ownership of their choices and to find creative ways forward. I do this by asking questions and listening. My job isn’t to tell you what to do, but to help you discover that for yourself.

"Don't ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive and then go do that. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive"
